On the fourth day of the business week, the US currency rose by 8 paise to 278 rupees 53 paisa to the dollar at the interbank.
The value of the dollar increased by 11 paise in the inter-bank exchange yesterday as well.
Dollar cheaper, rupee appreciates, bullish trend in stock market
On the other hand, the upward trend in the Pakistan Stock Exchange continues, the 100 index increased by 614 points to reach 78876 points.
It should be noted that the business in the Pakistan Stock Market ended in a positive zone yesterday, the 100 index closed at 78,260 points with an increase of 515 points.
