LONDON: The International Boxing Federation (IBF) World Heavyweight title bout between former two-time champion Anthony Joshua and current International Boxing Federation (IBF) champion Daniel Dubois unfolded on Saturday night at a sold-out Wembley Stadium/
The fight drew a crowd of 96,000 fans.

The fight took an unexpected turn in the first round when Joshua was knockdown down by an overhand right from Dubois.
Seizing the opportunity, Dubois pressed forward with a series of punches that kept Joshua on the defensive throughout the second round.
Joshua struggled to regain his composure, attempting to mount a defense but remaining unsteady on his feet as the round concluded.
In the third round, Joshua appeared to find his footing, establishing his jab and maintaining distance from Dubois.
However, his resurgence was short-lived. A left hook from Dubois stunned Joshua, and a flurry of punches sent him to the canvas right before the round ended.

The fourth round proved even more challenging for Joshua, who was knocked down in the opening seconds after a stiff jab was followed by another barrage of punches.
Although he fell again shortly after, the incident was ruled a slip. The found concluded with Joshua still standing but clearly outmatched by Dubois.
In the early moment of the fifth round, Joshua seemed to regain some momentum, landing a straight right that pushed Dubois back.

However, this was brief. As Joshua moved in to capitalise, he was caught by a powerful uppercut from Dubois, leading to a dramatic end to the contest.
Dubois’ victory marked a huge upset, as he defeated one of the most accomplished heavyweights in boxing history.
