17 items are expensive, 15 are cheap, 19 are stable in prices, weekly report continues

The weekly rate of inflation in the country has decreased by 0.52 percent.

The overall rate of inflation in the country has reached 12.72 percent, the Bureau of Statistics has released inflation statistics on a weekly basis.

According to the report, the prices of 17 items increased in one week, 15 items became cheaper in one week, and the prices of 19 items remained stable.

In a week, live chicken became expensive by Rs 6 50 paise per kg, dal gram price increased by Rs 3 23 paise per kg, eggs became expensive by Rs 2 10 paise per dozen.

The price of garlic has increased by 3 rupees 59 paise per kg, rice, milk, curd, mutton, beef are also among the expensive items.

Petrol Rs 10, high speed diesel cheaper by Rs 13, onion Rs 7, tomato Rs 3 70 paise, sugar Rs 1, domestic LPG cylinder cheaper by Rs 18, dal mung, dal mash, potato, flour , cigarettes are also among the cheaper items.
