Addressing the lawyers representatives of the People’s Lawyers Forum, he said that the People’s Party gave the constitution to this country, the lawyers of the People’s Party fought the dictatorship, and faced many challenges due to the struggle of the lawyers.
Lawyers have an important role in the supremacy of the constitution and the rule of law, the People’s Party signed the Charter of Democracy, the foundation of the People’s Party was laid by the hard work of the lawyers, and the lawyers belonging to the People’s Party gave the constitution to the country.
The mandate of the constitutional courts is to interpret the constitutional matters, the 18th amendment also tried to correct this practice.
He further said that if we want justice from the courts, then constitutional courts will have to be established. Constitutional courts are necessary to correct the judicial system.
