Peshawar High Court has granted protective bail to Asad Qaiser, Umar Ayub and Faisal Amin Gandapur.
The High Court has ordered not to arrest the three in any case, Chief Justice Ishtiaq Ibrahim and Justice Waqar Ahmed heard the case.
The lawyer said that it is not known in which case the arrest will be made, we want to appear in the courts but the cases are not known.
The Chief Justice said, “We will give you 15 days’ security, refer to the concerned High Court for the details of the cases.
Omar Ayub pleaded that I have several cases to be given one month, there are too many appearances, so I request more time, the court granted protective bail for 3 weeks.
