The written statement of the former Provincial Minister of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Shakeel Khan submitted to the Good Governance Committee has come to light.
Shakeel Khan said that Secretary C&W released 6 billion 87 crore rupees for development works, on asking 10 to 20 percent commission, the secretary said that the Chief Minister himself is monitoring it.
