In the Accountability Court of Islamabad, a hearing was held on the Toshakhana vehicle reference against President Asif Zardari and former Prime Ministers Nawaz Sharif and Yusuf Raza Gilani. Yusuf Raza Gilani challenged the jurisdiction of NAB and the court.

Yusuf Raza Gilani’s lawyer said that after the amendments were restored, the jurisdiction of the accountability court and NAB has ended.
Accountability Court judge Abid Sajjad issued a notice to NAB on the request of Yusuf Raza Gilani and said that NAB should inform whether the Tosha Khana case is under its jurisdiction or not. . Later, the court adjourned the hearing till September 26 on the plea of jurisdiction.
