Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam (JUI) chief Maulana Fazlur Rehman has met Khalid Meshaal, the leader of the Palestinian resistance organization Hamas, in Qatar.
Maulana Fazlur Rehman arrived in Qatar from Jeddah yesterday where he met with Palestinian and Hamas leaders. On this occasion, he expressed his condolences on the martyrdom of Hamas leader Ismail Haniyeh.

On this occasion, Maulana Fazlur Rahman also met the leader of Hamas, Khalid Meshaal. Meanwhile, he said that the martyrdom of Ismail Haniyeh will strengthen Palestine’s struggle for freedom. It is the duty of Muslims to liberate Al-Aqsa Mosque from the Zionist invaders.
He further said that they will not give up the freedom of Al-Aqsa Mosque and Palestine under any circumstances. JUI, the entire nation of Pakistan stands together in the freedom struggle of Palestinians.
