The Lahore High Court has fixed for hearing the petition filed for the details of the cases of founder PTI Imran Khan.
The hearing was held in the Lahore High Court on the request of PTI founder. The registrar’s office had objected to the application that the current application cannot be filed at the Lahore High Court principal seat, the application should be filed before the relevant forum.

A 2-member bench of Lahore High Court headed by Justice Shehbaz Rizvi overruled the objection of the Registrar’s Office and directed to fix the application on August 5 for hearing.
In the petition filed by Imran Khan, NAB, FIA, anti-corruption and police have been made parties.

It has been argued in the petition that NAB re-arrested after getting bail in all the cases. The Lahore High Court should call for all cases, enquiries, detention orders and stop arrest in any new case before approaching the concerned court.
