According to media reports, currently the basic tariff rate for up to 500 units is Rs 37 to Rs 38 per unit, with a relief of Rs 14, the unit will be Rs 24.

The bills of electricity consumers will be reduced by 38%, those who pay 18 thousand 551 rupees will now have to pay 11 thousand 495 rupees. After the reduction in electricity prices, there will be a clear reduction in electricity tariffs and taxes.
LESCO has more than 65 lakh customers, out of which 49 lakh are domestic customers.
